My career as a psychologist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)

As a clinical psychologist trained in behavioral and cognitive therapies, I offer an approach based on scientifically validated methods. My academic and professional background is based on clinical experience and in-depth continuing education in CBT, particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is part of the third wave of CBT.

Instructor activity

I am a CBT trainer for AFAR (a continuing education organization for healthcare professionals) :
I develop and lead training courses on the theoretical and practical foundations of cognitive behavioral therapy, tailored to various audiences of professionals in the medical or medico-social field (doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and specialized educators).
